A tower of rage and red-ring power looms over a scene that's equal parts unsettling and oddly charming — a wide-eyed baby crawls cheerfully across a pile of battered, barely-conscious bodies while a Red Lantern stands imposingly above, fists crackling with scarlet energy. The story title "Hush Li'l Baby" says everything about the darkly playful tone writer Landry Q. Walker and artist Jim Calafiore are bringing to this April 2015 issue. Scott Hepburn's cover composition is a genuinely striking piece of work, balancing the Corps' ferocious fury with something deeply strange and surprisingly funny.
