Red Lanterns #22

Part of Charles Soule's energetic run on the New 52 title, Red Lanterns #22 arrives with a cover by Steve Pugh that pulls no punches: Guy Gardner — bleeding, tangled in crimson tentacles, and wearing a Red Lantern insignia — is clearly not among friends, as the assembled corps including a blue-faced Red Lantern and a snarling draconic figure loom over him. The tagline "For once, they agree — Guy Gardner must die!" makes the stakes bracingly clear, even before you crack the spine.
