Red Hood and the Outlaws #22
Starfire blazes across this 2013 New 52 entry in the series, her fiery hair and energy powers surging as she faces off against a white-haired figure hanging upside down from a gnarled, darkened tree — a striking visual tension that sells the tagline "Against the Essence of Evil!" beautifully. Guillem March's cover pencils and inks give both figures a dynamic, almost otherworldly energy that sets an ominous mood. With James Tynion IV writing and Julius Gopez and Ray McCarthy handling interior art, "Dangerous People" looks like a compelling chapter for fans of the Outlaws.
