This second volume of Red Hood and the Outlaws from DC's New 52 era collects issues #0 and #8-13 of the 2011 series. The story deepens the bond between Jason Todd, Arsenal, and Starfire as they face threats from Starfire's homeworld and deal with the fallout of their violent pasts. In "Last Regrets— I've Had a Few," Starfire is pulled from her current moment—literally—when her former Tamaranean crew beams her aboard their ship, dragging Red Hood, Arsenal, and even Red Hood’s unexpected date along for the ride. With Tamaran under threat from the mysterious Blight, the team finds themselves thrust into a mission far beyond their usual turf, all while navigating old alliances and new tensions. Written by Scott Lobdell and brought to life with vivid detail by Kenneth Rocafort on art and inks, with color by Blond and letters by Carlos M. Mangual, this issue’s cover by Rocafort captures the high-stakes urgency of the journey ahead.
