Red Band Comics #2 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "The Bogey Man," attributed to Bogey Man, showcases the titular character confronting a green-skinned villain. "First Aid" by Terry Schiano follows a character taking a first aid class and then attempting to practice the techniques, which leads to comedic misadventures. Another story depicts enemy agents attempting to capture an American, involving action sequences across rocky terrain and water. "Igloo Iggie" by Joe Gordon presents a young child searching for money in the snow, discovering pennies falling from the sky and subsequently interacting with a theater owner.
