DC's long-running funny-animal anthology returns with a cover that's equal parts chaos and charm: the Crow has crammed himself — along with what appears to be half the kitchen's contents — right inside Foxie's refrigerator, cheerfully pointing out that the appliance "could keep this refrigerator warmer!" while a wide-eyed, startled Fox looks on from the right. It's a perfectly timed sight gag that captures exactly the mischievous dynamic between these two fan-favorite characters. A fun 1953 pick for anyone who enjoys lighthearted cartoon comedy done with genuine wit.
