Real Life Comics #9

Real Life Comics #9 is an anthology featuring historical biographical stories. A third story chronicles the life of Charlemagne, depicting his rise to power in the Frankish kingdom after his father Pepin's death, his military campaigns over the Alps into Italy to aid the Pope against the invading Lombard king Desiderius, and his triumphant entry into Pavia in 774.
