"The Eternal Yank" recounts historical episodes featuring legendary figures including Ross, Cromwell, Kartveli, and Westinghouse. The story depicts a medieval queen welcoming German and Italian artisans to her realm of Bohemia, followed by King John's knights battling enemies at Crecy. In a parallel narrative, test pilot Kartveli encounters combat over the English Channel during World War II, where he engages German aircraft and crash-lands on the coast. Subsequently, Kartveli partners with Major Jessenberg to develop military aircraft for the United States, including attempts to convert a BT-8 plane into a pursuit ship despite initial setbacks.
