While Supergirl keeps Vril Dox from the three bounty hunters, the Brainiac 5 program downloaded into Vril's brain tries to tell him how to create a team to take back L.E.G.I.O.N. But Dox chooses his own path, taking over control of the bounty hunters' semi-sentient weapon Tribulus. Starting a recruiting drive, Dox finds the Omega Men and tries to co-opt Elu, then heads to Starhaven and gathers social outcast Wildstar.
