In "Chapter Four: Hero's Return" from Quicksilver #3 (1998), Quicksilver and the Knights return to the dying world of Polemachus, where they confront the desperate priest Cranus, who seeks to save his people by destroying Earth. As the threat is neutralized, Delphis chooses to remain behind to help Arkon, and in the aftermath, Quicksilver is separated from the group—only to unexpectedly reunite with his estranged wife, Crystal.
