Quick Stops II #2

From Dark Horse Comics and Secret Stash Press comes this adults-only detour through Kevin Smith's Askewniverse — Quick Stops Vol. 2 #2, subtitled "Cash Cow." Ahmed Raafat's cover sets the irreverent tone perfectly: a raccoon-masked figure peers cautiously around a doorframe while a pair of statuesque legs in heels dominates the foreground of what appears to be a tiled room, the whole composition styled like a vintage pulp paperback. Written by Smith and illustrated and lettered by Raafat and Andrew Thomas respectively, this 2024 issue promises an udderly grown-up anecdote from the annals of the Askewniverse.
