Minders One and Three and Avasti continue to search for MacMillan's copy of the list at all the usual drops, but come up empty-handed. Dr. Callard, consulted by Crocker, tells him that Tara needs to feel she's accomplished some good to offset the assassination in Kosovo. Crocker assigns Tara the task of researching MacMillan. She combs through files, and discovers MacMillan's girlfriend has a stack of his notebooks, which reveal a possible drop location. Ed, Tom, and Avasti find the list and make it back across the border.
