When gorillas are brutally killed during the trip, the Punisher’s instincts kick in, turning his focus from prehistoric creatures to the real predators in the wild. The hunt takes a deadly turn when Wolvie, tracking a poaching ring to the same region, crosses paths with Frank—only to find himself in a brutal clash with a man he assumes is just another hunter. Written by Carl Potts and illustrated by Potts and Jim Lee, with a cover by Carl Potts and Scott Williams, this issue blends gritty action with a tense, unexpected meeting in the heart of the jungle.
In "An Eye for an Eye Chapter Two: Tie a Yellow Ribbon," Punisher finds an unexpected moment of quiet in the park—until he crosses paths with Jo, the son of the banker whose death sparked a chain of violence. As Hector Montoya, the man blamed for both Jason's father’s murder and Frank’s family tragedy, walks free after years behind bars, the past begins to unravel in ways neither man could have foreseen.
In "Crucible," the Punisher closes in on Richard von Burian, the man known as the Sniper—a former Vietnam comrade turned killer targeting their old unit. With tension high and trust shattered, the two face off in a brutal confrontation that ends with the Sniper holding a gun to reporter Helen Shaw, forcing Castle into an impossible choice.
In "On the Track of Unknown Animals," Frank Castle is sent to Africa on a bizarre dinosaur-hunting expedition meant to keep him from his war on crime. When gorillas are killed during the journey, the Punisher shifts focus to tracking down the killers—only to collide with Wolvie, who’s also hunting a poaching ring in the jungle. The two, each convinced the other is the enemy, are soon at odds in the wild.
In "Damage," the Punisher tracks a ruthless gang led by the enigmatic and violent Damage, closing in on their next move. When the gang attempts to steal the Punisher’s own van, they unknowingly set off a chain of events that could be their undoing.
