Punisher War Journal Classic #1
In "An Eye for an Eye Chapter One: Sunday in the Park," Frank Castle finds himself in the African jungle on a bizarre dinosaur-hunting expedition orchestrated by Micro, hoping to keep him away from the city's streets. When gorillas are brutally killed during the trip, the Punisher’s instincts kick in, turning his focus from prehistoric creatures to the real predators in the wild. The hunt takes a deadly turn when Wolvie, tracking a poaching ring to the same region, crosses paths with Frank—only to find himself in a brutal clash with a man he assumes is just another hunter. Written by Carl Potts and illustrated by Potts and Jim Lee, with a cover by Carl Potts and Scott Williams, this issue blends gritty action with a tense, unexpected meeting in the heart of the jungle.
