Punisher meets Henry, a hi-tech computer whiz who is going to aid in his war on crime. With Henry's help, Frank cuts through organized crime and exposes the fact that Norman Osborn is padding his stats in claiming that crime is down in New York. Osborn doesn't like this at all and sends the Hood after the Punisher.
