The Punisher gears up with super villain gizmos and invades the Hood's stronghold; He is confronted by his old (dead) pal Microchip whom the Hood has resurrected to help the villain take Frank down; When Punisher rejects Micro's proposed deal with the devil, he is attacked by some of the Hood's super villain allies; Frank blows the place up; The Hood resurrects a whole new cast of bad guys (specifically, the ones killed by Scourge in Captain America #319).
