This anthology issue contains multiple stories featuring Punch and Judy characters. In one story, Fatsy McPig encounters the personified Sun, who boasts about being brighter than Fatsy's diamonds; when Fatsy refuses to keep the world warm, the Sun threatens to take a job in the sky instead. Another story follows Billy Boy at a county fair trotting race, where his character Fancy is entered to race a wooden pony, resulting in a comedic race scene. The issue also features "Bucky the Mule" with Bobo the Clown, Starry Eyes, and Pinky the Pony, in which a sea captain entrusts Bobo with a mysterious black box to guard during a voyage.
