The Circus-Master wants to buy a rare Biffsniff animal from a witch for his circus. The witch turns Pinky and Bucky into Biffsniffs and sells them to the circus. Bobo and Starry Eyes defeat the witch and all the Biffsniffs return to their original form. However, the circus will put the witch on display instead.
