The cover of this 2023 Marvel series says everything you need to know about the stakes: a massive Predator looms in extreme close-up, its glowing tri-laser targeting system burning red, while reflected in the curve of its shoulder armor is a group of desperate human survivors clearly unaware of just how close death is standing. Giuseppe Camuncoli's cover composition is a masterclass in dread — that tiny, vulnerable cluster of people framed within the alien hunter's bulk makes the size and power disparity feel genuinely unsettling. Ed Brisson, Netho Diaz, Belardino Brabo, and Erick Arciniega continue building this tense sci-fi horror series, and issue #3 looks every bit as gripping as what came before.
