From Bendis and Oeming, this fourth issue of the 2015 Powers series delivers a cover that crackles with tension — a white-haired figure crouches defensively in the shadow of a looming, darkly-clad presence against the backdrop of an ornate building, while glowing orange silhouettes scatter across the background in dynamic poses. The interplay of deep shadows and that urgent amber-orange palette gives the whole image a noir thriller electricity that's hard to look away from. Fans of the PlayStation Network TV adaptation have even more reason to dive into the source material with this issue.
