Michael Avon Oeming's bold, clean linework gives the whole scene a noir-tinged energy that feels utterly distinct from anything else on the 2004 stands. Brian Michael Bendis and Oeming's "Legends Part One" promises a street-level detective story set against a world where superpowers are just another part of the crime scene.
