This issue is an anthology containing two crime stories. "The Capture" depicts a confrontation between police and criminals over a tipped-off job, with officers pursuing suspects through an urban setting at night. "The Grafter" follows Officer Kelsey and his partner as they investigate a counterfeit money operation, tracing the source of bad bills through interrogations and stakeouts while uncovering a payoff scheme involving a corrupt patrol officer named Macy. The second story culminates in a dramatic fire at an apartment building where the counterfeiters are operating, forcing the officers to evacuate civilians and combat the blaze.
