Plastic Man investigates a suspicious yacht owner named Van Victor who's volunteered to help patrol the coast for smugglers, but discovers the man is hiding something dangerous in a locked building. When Plastic Man sneaks back that night with Woozy Winks to investigate, he uncovers Van Victor's real scheme—a smuggling operation using a submarine to deliver contraband while he poses as a coast guard volunteer to keep authorities away. With his elastic powers and quick thinking, Plastic Man hatches a plan to trap the smuggling ring and bring the hidden submarine to the surface.
Plastic Man and Woozy Winks head to a lumber camp for a relaxing vacation, only to find themselves caught in the middle of a series of mysterious attacks by creatures called the Wolf Men—vicious beings that are terrorizing the camp and driving Mr. Armstrong's workers to abandon their posts. With the camp on the brink of disaster, Plastic Man sets out to uncover the truth behind these frightening attacks and stop whoever is responsible before it's too late.
When Plastic Man and his partner Woozy Winks arrive in Rinald County to investigate a mysterious drop in Army enlistments, they discover a subversive organization using parties and beautiful women to discourage young recruits—and Woozy soon finds himself captured as a hostage. Plastic Man must infiltrate the saboteurs' headquarters and outsmart their leader Ivonov to free his partner and dismantle the operation before they carry out their deadly threats.
