Plastic Man, a malleable superhero, battles a mysterious criminal mastermind terrorizing the city with a series of coordinated kidnappings and crimes. When the villain's identity remains elusive, Plastic Man devises a camouflaging device disguised as a telephone booth to trap the culprit, but the criminal escapes. As the case grows more complex and the crimes escalate, Plastic Man pursues the villain across the country, ultimately tracking him to a remote location where a final confrontation unfolds.
