In Pitt #5 (1998), written by Dale Keown and Brian Hotton and illustrated by Keown, Rai-Kee returns to update her Axiom-agent allies on her recent encounters with Pitt—especially the troubling news that Timmy now lies in a coma. As Pitt keeps watch outside the hospital, he intervenes to save a woman from an attack, only to be betrayed when she transforms into a wolf-like creature and assaults him. After defending himself, he kills the beast—only to see her revert to her human form just as Sauras and Kite arrive, leading them to believe Pitt has committed a deadly act.
