Pinhead and Foodini #1

Foodini demonstrates a series of clever magic tricks to Pinhead, including a balloon that changes color when pricked and a paper puzzle that reveals an odd number through a simple trick of preparation. The story follows the duo as they encounter Monkey Doodles, a showman who dreams of fame on television, leading to a chaotic but humorous attempt to break into a studio—only to learn that stardom isn’t always what it seems.

Foodini and his assistant Pinhead are scheming to steal a rival inventor’s prized atomic food invention, but their plans go awry when the rival, Professor Max, and his dimwitted assistant arrive in disguise—only to be accidentally turned into mice. As the duo bumbles through a series of mishaps, including a ruined pie and a forgotten mouse hole, Foodini must think fast to outwit the intruders before they discover his secret.

Pinhead and Foodini find themselves in a desperate financial scrape when Foodini’s landlady demands rent, prompting a series of increasingly absurd schemes to avoid eviction. After a failed loan attempt and a mistaken trip to a distant rodeo, the duo devises a plan to win money by entering a bronco busting contest—using Foodini’s "magic eye" to hypnotize the horses, much to Pinhead’s dubious amusement.
