"Cicero and Timmy" shows Cicero the cat performing with an accordion on a rooftop while receiving encouragement about his singing career. "The Frog Prince" adapts the fairy tale of a king's beautiful daughter and a cursed prince, involving a riddle about which maiden ate which sweetmeat (sugar, syrup, or honey) to identify the princess. The final story involves Betty reading "The Ghost Rider" tale to Peter Rabbit, where she must save her uncle's ranch while dealing with a mysterious ghost rider figure and a western adventure.
Cicero dreams of stardom when an ambitious mouse manager convinces him he has real singing talent and promises to make him a radio and stage star. But as Cicero rehearses and performs, he begins to suspect his manager has motives beyond genuine support—and discovers a scheme that puts their partnership to the test.
Peter Rabbit takes on a delivery job to earn money for Dazy's birthday gift, but a chaotic encounter with a mysterious invisible presence threatens to expose his secret—and derail his plan to surprise his friend.
