Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man #303

Part three of "Amazing Fantasy" arrives with a cover by Joe Quinones that immediately raises questions: one Spider-Man cradles an injured — or unconscious — second Spider-Man against a rooftop backdrop, fist raised and ready. The image has a quietly urgent energy, two figures in the same red-and-blue suit telling very different stories about who's standing and who's down. Zdarsky and Quinones are clearly having a great time playing with the wall-crawler's world, and this 2018 Marvel Legacy chapter looks like a compelling piece of that puzzle.
