“Spanish Style”

In "Spanish Style," Betty and Veronica return from shopping to find Archie, Reggie, and Jughead mortified by their new stretch pants—only to learn the girls bought them for a shared picnic. When Jughead hatches a plan to turn the tables, he outfits Archie and Reggie in flamboyant matador costumes, complete with matching pants. The picnic begins with the girls less than thrilled to see their friends in such attire, but they agree to go ahead. Things take a wild turn when a bull charges, sending Archie and Reggie scrambling up a tree.

Coming back from grocery shopping, Betty and Veronica see Archie, Reggie and Jughead, who are embarrassed by the girls 'stretch pants.' They explain to the boys that they bought them specifically for the picnic they're all going to, but Archie, Reggie, and Jughead are shocked at the idea. Jughead gets the idea to 'turn the tables' on them, and gets matador outfits (with stretch pants) for Archie and Reggie. Showing up for the picnic, the girls are not pleased to see them in these outfits, but they agree to go. At the picnic a bull chases Archie and Reggie up a tree.
