Pep Comics #1

Pep Comics #1 is an anthology featuring multiple action and detective stories. "The Shield," a patriotic hero, battles mechanical robots in a confrontation with enemy forces. "Jocko" and the Mayor's Road tells of a character named Jocko who helps secure a jungle road and later becomes civilized after receiving a large bill for coconuts. Fu Chang investigates the murder of a Chinese sailor, with the aid of a magical dragon, ultimately apprehending the culprit. "The Falcon," a press guardian, takes on a gang of thugs and mobsters to protect the city from crime, eventually being captured by police after defeating the criminals.
