In "Winner Take All," Archie’s friends conspire to keep him from winning a coveted trip on Mr. Lodge’s yacht—especially since it means spending ten days with Veronica. But when Betty and Reggie rig the picnic games to sideline Archie, Veronica surprises everyone by choosing to stay in Riverdale, leaving Reggie to sail with Big Ethel instead.
Archie tries to save 75 cents on beach rentals by building his own umbrella—only to lose it in a gust of wind and sprint after it down the shore, accidentally flattening sunbathers in his path. A chaotic, sun-drenched chase unfolds as the makeshift umbrella becomes a runaway obstacle course of laughter and minor mayhem.
In "Mow 'em Down!", Betty tries to keep Archie all to herself by hiring him to mow her lawn—again. But Veronica has a surprise: she takes control of Archie’s mower with a remote, turning the chore into a high-stakes game of lawn warfare.
