Jinx's father is on the entertainment committee for the country club dance and is in charge of providing balloons. Jinx and Greg take some of the balloons and put slips of paper with prizes written on them in them, intending to use them for a party of their own. However, their balloons get taken to the adult dance and there's trouble when there are no prizes to match to the slips of paper.
