“Adventure of the Steel Slaves”

In "Adventure of the Steel Slaves," Mighty Mouse swings into Storyland, a kingdom floating in the clouds, where he’s called to defend Little Red Riding Hood from a Zoot-suited wolf with more swagger than sense—only to knock him clean out of his flashy suit. With the wolf now un-dressed and uncool, he turns his sights on the Three Little Pigs, but Mighty Mouse’s quick reflexes and heroic flair keep the little guys safe. Art by Connie Rasinski brings the whimsical chaos to life in this 1953 St. John classic.

Visiting Storyland, a kingdom in the clouds, Mighty Mouse saves Little Red Riding Hood from the unwanted advances of a Zoot-suited wolf - by literally punching the wolf out of his Zoot suit. Now unhip and unclad, the wolf turns his attentions toward chasing the Three Little Pigs - but Mighty Mouse saves their bacon as well.
