When cat spy Bradford betrays Professor Edam, stealing his revolutionary radio-sensitive metal, he hands it to The Claw and Professor Ohm—launching a sinister plan to build a nearly-invincible robot army. With Mitzi Mouse in danger and the city under threat, Mighty Mouse must rally the special emergency flying squad and face off against a tide of robot soldiers, including a robot boxer, a robot jet pilot, and two robot guards, before the entire mouse population is enslaved.

In "Denizens of the Deep," Mighty Mouse races to stop The Claw and Professor Ohm from stealing a map to massive underwater uranium deposits, after a boxing stunt temporarily disables him.
