Heckle and Jeckle hit the streets with their latest scheme: selling charcoal pills as the miracle cure for a fit body, luring the sweaty patrons of Chesty's Gym away from their routines. Chesty, watching his gym empty out, isn’t amused—and the crowd’s sudden obsession with quick fixes is about to lead to some very unbalanced results.

When Papa snaps at the boys with "You're getting my goat!", they take him literally—leading to a chaotic new addition to the household. With a goat on the loose, the Terry Bears’ day spirals into mayhem, drawing the attention of a traffic cop, a judge, and a bewildered Tim, the pet shop owner, all while Mama tries to keep things under control.
