“A Lot of Nerve”

In "A Lot of Nerve," Paul Terry's Comics #106 (1953), Papa finds himself in a hilariously awkward predicament when a dress pattern he’s helping Mama with sails out the window and into the city streets. With the fabric still draped over him, he gives chase through the neighborhood, chasing the wind-blown paper in a frantic, fashion-forward dash. Art by Jim Tyer brings the absurdity to life with expressive, kinetic energy, turning a simple mishap into a memorable, tongue-in-cheek comedy of errors.
