Unable to sleep thanks to The Professor's many inventions, Felix sneaks into Blinkie's Department Store after closing time. Settling down in the toy department (dubbed "Toyland"), Felix finds that the toys come alive at night. A villainous wooden toy soldier, Captain Bully, kidnaps Dolly (a cute blonde doll) and locks her in the tower of a toy castle. It's Felix to the rescue!
