Hot Stuff, the Little Devil #118

Harvey Comics' pint-sized red devil is causing kitchen chaos on this September 1973 cover, where Hot Stuff — pitchfork in hand — has apparently thawed a frozen chicken display case with a little too much infernal enthusiasm, sending a panicked chef fleeing in the background. The left side of the cover gives a cheerful preview of the supporting cast tucked inside: Stumbo, O'Floodle, Princess Charma, and Aunt Clinker all get their own little portrait panels. With a story titled "Blazing Forks" and Hot Stuff's trademark mischief on full display, this is a warm and genuinely fun slice of early-'70s Harvey Comics charm.
