In "Out Spied!", Felix the Cat stumbles into a high-stakes game of cat-and-mouse when a clumsy spy tries — and fails — four times to steal the Professor's rocket ship plans. After a series of slapstick missteps, the spy finally slips past Felix in a laughably bad disguise, leaving the cat to track down the thief before it’s too late.
