Five issues into Marvel's eight-part adaptation of L. Frank Baum's classic, this installment offers a wonderfully unsettling cover by Skottie Young — a swarming horde of grinning, sharp-toothed blue creatures tumbling and clambering over one another around the bold "Ozma of Oz" title lettering. The creatures are simultaneously comic and creepy, rendered entirely in cool blue tones that give the whole image an eerie, otherworldly feel. Eric Shanower and Young continue to bring Baum's enchanted world to life with a style that's genuinely all-ages, as playful as it is a little spine-tingling.
