A grinning, pink-eyed telepath dominates the foreground of Tom Raney's unsettling cover for Outsiders #15, his oversized head literally containing the team — Nightwing snarling with fangs bared, a tattooed figure reaching desperately, and a wide-eyed redhead pressing against the curved walls of his mind. The caption "Psi-Mon Says… DIE!" makes the threat bracingly clear: the Outsiders are caught inside a psychic trap, and their captor is thoroughly enjoying it. Writer Judd Winick's "Five By Five Part Three: Personal Usage" promises that this October 2004 installment turns the team's greatest battles inward.
