Part of DC's eight-issue miniseries retelling "The Legend of the Man Called Hood," this November 1991 installment brings a raw, storm-lashed intensity to the Robin Hood myth. Luke McDonnell's cover depicts a green-hooded figure astride a horse, arm raised defiantly, while a long-haired adversary looms on horseback beside him and a fallen figure cries out below — all rendered in slashing rain that gives the scene a gritty, almost brutal energy.
