This is the 111th volume of the long-running culinary manga series Oishinbo, published by Shogakukan under their Big Comics imprint. The story follows journalist Shiro Yamaoka and his partner Yuko Kurita as they explore Japanese cuisine, culture, and the art of fine dining through the lens of the fictional newspaper Tōzai News. This volume continues the series' tradition of blending food appreciation with drama and social commentary.
