Otis Frampton's charming all-ages series continues with Chapter 4, and the cover sets an immediately tense, wonderfully weird tone: young Oddly peers wide-eyed over a wooden railing while massive octopus tentacles curl and coil all around her, one even gripping what looks like a trident or staff. The combination of her armful of crumbling debris and that anxious upward gaze suggests she's in over her head — literally — making this a perfectly unsettling snapshot of the fantastical trouble this series does so well.
