In "Amor e tragédia," Rom returns from the Limbo, where he had imprisoned the Spectres, only to confide in his friends that he witnessed the destruction of his home planet, Galador—leaving him haunted by the possibility that the tragedy is still ahead. Determined to prevent it, he sets out to return to his world, unaware that his journey is being manipulated by a carefully laid trap. Written by Bill Mantlo and illustrated by Sal Buscema, with inks by Joe Sinnott, colors by Flora Schuch, and letters by Edison Gasparim, this 1986 issue features a cover by Steve Leialoha.
