Dynamite's Noir #1 kicks off with a striking cover by Ardian Syaf and Guillermo Ortego that brings together two shadowy pulp figures: Miss Fury, masked and red-caped with a whip and raised pistol, standing alongside The Black Sparrow, hat pulled low and face wrapped in a vivid red scarf, both set against a brooding cityscape of dark spires. The cover also teases a guest appearance from The Shadow, promising that this 2013 series is steeped in the atmosphere of classic pulp adventure. With Victor Gischler writing and Andrea Mutti on art, Noir looks to be a moody, stylish ride through the world of masked vigilantes and hardboiled intrigue.
