Nightwing and Robin hurtle through a Gotham cityscape engulfed in flames on this kinetic cover by Scott McDaniel and Andy Owens — every line radiating urgency as the two heroes appear to be in freefall amid crumbling debris and fiery explosions. Part of the sprawling "War Games: Act Two" crossover event, this November 2004 issue drops readers into Part 3 of 8, with writer Devin Grayson and artist Mike Lilly steering Dick Grayson through the city-wide gang war threatening to tear Gotham apart. The "Streets of Fire" tagline says it all — this is Gotham at a boiling point, and Nightwing is right in the thick of it.
