Nightwing #17

Part of DC's New 52 initiative, Nightwing #17 arrives in 2013 with a cover by penciler Eddy Barrows and inker Eber Ferreira that puts Dick Grayson front and center — maskless, furious, and seemingly out of control as he drives his fist into an armored foe. Robin is right there in the thick of it, crackling energy lighting the background, with the cover's own tagline making the stakes clear: only Robin can stop him. Writer Kyle Higgins and artist Juan José Ryp bring "The Long Week" to life, and if this cover is any indication, it's shaping up to be a very bad few days for everyone involved.
