Nightwing #12

From the New 52 comes Nightwing #12, where things have clearly gone sideways for Gotham's acrobatic guardian. The cover by Eddy Barrows puts Dick Grayson front and center in a tense, fiery confrontation — a bloodied woman in a red-and-black costume is snatched or held aloft against a backdrop of roaring explosions and a burning cityscape, the tagline warning she's "at the mercy of a madman." With Kyle Higgins writing and Andres Guinaldo on interior art, this October 2012 entry in the "Inside Out" storyline promises high stakes and plenty of chaos for Nightwing to navigate.
