Marv Wolfman and Tom Mandrake's supernatural series delivers a genuinely unsettling image in this third installment of seven: Leonardo Manco's cover depicts a snarling, fang-toothed infant tangled in ghostly webs, flanked by two figures in purple blindfolds whose outstretched hands reach toward the creature, while a dark, brooding presence looms ominously above them all. The subtitle "Web of Deception" sets the tone perfectly for a story threading together mystery, horror, and something deeply wrong at its center. Night Force in 2012 was DC's pitch-dark corner of the supernatural, and this issue keeps that atmosphere firmly intact.
