Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. #32

This February 1992 issue throws Nick Fury and a blonde woman in green — both clearly in the middle of a bruising brawl — into a chaotic melee against a squad of blue-uniformed opponents. Weapon Omega of Alpha Flight tears through the fray in the background, making for a guest appearance that gives the cover its extra punch. Dave Hoover's linework keeps all the kinetic energy tightly composed, making "Formal Wear" look like anything but a quiet evening out.
